The average annual precipitation is 14 inches. The ranch is fenced and cross fenced and has 10 pastures, with 10 miles of pipelines connecting some of the 10 wells, storages, and numerous drinkers. The Ranch headquarters/owners home is an elegant Spanish style house of 2,078 sq ft on a 143 acre parcel overlooking the Sulphur Springs Valley. A bunkhouse, cattle sheds, corrals, and workshop surround the main home.
